By creating an account or using Inky Books ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Inky Books offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee for annual plans.
We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and keeping it current.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using Inky Books — including manuscripts, outlines, character profiles, and all written output. We claim no ownership over your creative work.
Our Technology: The Inky Books platform, including its AI models, algorithms, user interface, and underlying code, remains our exclusive property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

Inky Books uses artificial intelligence to assist in generating written content based on your voice input and direction. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or sharing it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inky Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or emergencies. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements. You may export your content before termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
